What is TeleForce?

TeleForce, simply put, is an web-based software program that enables small businesses who embrace telemarketing as part of their marketing plan to efficiently keep track of all calls made, notes, reminders, and follow up tasks associated with their internal telemarketing efforts.

Is TeleForce a CRM (Client Relationship Manager)?

Yes, TeleForce is a fully featured CRM, but not the kind you're used to. We're different. TeleForce is easy to use, really fast, efficient, and there is almost no learning curve. TeleForce is highly automated and does simple things for you to reduce the number of clicks needed to do a given task, therefor saving you time.

What do the different TeleForce User Roles mean?

TeleForce has three User Roles, Administrator, Staff and User. Roles allow different types of users different levels of access to TeleForce. Here's what each does:

Users can only use the TeleForce Application. They cannot access the TeleForce Control Panel, change any settings, or export the database.

Staff can do everything Users can do, however, they can also export the database. This Role is especially useful for Administrative Assistants who may need to export the database to interact with it in other applications, but who don't need access to the TeleForce Control Panel.

Administrators can do everything Users and Staff can do plus, they can manage the entire application including account settings, adding, modifying and deleting users from the TeleForce Control Panel, exporting the entire database.

What is this 'Hot List' you speak of?

The Hot List is for all prospects a user is actively pursuing. A record is in the Hot List as soon as the first call is made, until the user deems the record a 'Do No Call' record per instructions from the prospect, the record moves to another list (Follow Up) or if the user deems the record to be going nowhere and 'Recycles' the record (removes record from the current Hot List and adds it to the Hot List four months from that date).

What is the Follow Up List?

The Follow Up List is for all records that have agreed to do something with your business (attend an event or seminar, schedule an appointment, buy something, etc.). This makes it easy to identify those records that need reminders for an event, need a follow up call after an event or are still in the transition process from telemarketing to other departments in your business. Depending on your situation, the Follow Up tab may be used for those that have already been moved out of telemarketing, especially if the telemarketing department and the product/service department use the same desk, computer, phone, etc.

How do I access TeleForce?

TeleForce can be accessed from any modern-day web browser (Internet Explorer 7+, FireFox, Safari, Chrome and Opera) from any computer with internet access in the world. TeleForce is also designed to work with most tablets like the Apple iPad as a web app.

What are Random Records?

Have you ever thought about how much time you (or your team members) waste when trying to choose a record to call next? You scroll through a seemingly endless list looking for certain criteria. TeleForce takes away the time-sucking black hole by doing the choosing for you. With just one click, TeleForce chooses a record for you to call based on certain criterion you set.

Can I use TeleForce for tracking my team's billable hours?

Yes. Just turn 'Auto-Logout' off in your TeleForce Control Panel and TeleForce will automatically keep track of the number of hours your employees are logged into TeleForce. When they arrive at work in the morning, they should login. When they depart for the day, they should logout. When you pull a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) report for hours, TeleForce will report the number of hours each user spent logged into TeleForce for the given date range.

What are KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)?

KPIs are simply a measure of performance. They are used to evaluate the success and progress towards a goal or repeated success of an operational goal (15+ dials per hour, for example). You can use the KPI reporting functions to track the progress of your entire team from the TeleForce Control Panel. Each team member is also granted access to their own KPIs. TeleForce tracks over a dozen different KPIs automatically.

What is Auto-Logout?

Auto-Logout will log a user out (thereby stopping the Hours KPI Clock) after a certain period of time without user activity on the page. You can define this time yourself in the TeleForce Control Panel. The default is 15 minutes.

What is the Recycle System?

Sometimes a record doesn't need to be marked 'Do Not Call', but you don't want to try calling them again for a while (TeleForce considers this time period to be 4 months). Simply clicking 'Recycle' on any record will remove said record from your Hot List and Follow Up List and will add it to your Hot List four months from today.

How does TeleForce handle 'Do Not Call' Lists?

When somebody requests that they be added to your 'Do Not Call' list, simply click the 'Do Not Call' button. This removes them from the every team member's Hot List, Follow Up List, Random Records and even the Database Search (unless you check the box that says 'Include DNC Records' in the Search tab).

How big can my database be on TeleForce?

Professional Accounts can have up to 10,000 records in their database while Enterprise Accounts can have an unlimited amount of records in their database.

Can I export my database from TeleForce?

Yes, Administrator Users and Staff Users can export your database from TeleForce using the "Export Records" button found under the Records Tab. The database is exported in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format to facilitate easy integration with other applications like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, other web platforms etc.

Is my data secure with TeleForce?

Yes. Very secure. We use 256-bit encryption (same as most banks use) for your connection to our servers, all data is protected by state-of-the-art software and hardware firewalls to prevent against malicious attacks, and our databases are backed up twice each day. These backups can be rolled out in a matter of minutes should a catastrophic failure occur.

When can I start using TeleForce?

Today. Simply purchase a subscription, create your account and upload your database. You can begin using TeleForce in as little as 10 minutes. All you need to decide is when you’re ready to save money, time, headaches, and hassle.

Do I need a Google Account to use the Google Calendar integration within TeleForce?

Yes. Each team member will need one. You can use one you already have, create a new one or do what we recommend and create a Google Apps account for your business...it's free, easy to use and allows all of your team members to have an email address (and Google Account) that ends with "@your-domain.com."
