Does this end when the camp weekend ends?
No. The profile, your colors, your badge, the numbers you posted, and your ads stay up while the partnership is active. That includes athletes on Free, and athletes whose paid plan lapses. Every renewal on the paid plan still counts toward your share after they go home.
Who pays for the membership?
The athlete or a parent pays RecruitMyGame, at the normal price of the plan you pin. You do not buy a seat for each of them. They can also join on Free and upgrade later to that same plan.
How does the revenue share work?
We set a percent on the partnership. You receive that percent of each payment collected for an athlete who joined with your code and is on the plan you pin. Renewals are included. The workspace shows the percent and a total for each month. Athletes never see the dollars.
Can we choose who college coaches see?
Yes. In the roster, each athlete has a coach-search switch. On means they appear in the coach portal search list with your badge. Off hides them from that list and leaves the public page up. A profile the athlete set to private stays out, and you cannot override that.
Can we sell the ad spots?
Yes. You have two placements: the public profile, which college coaches see, and the athlete dashboard, which your campers see on every page. You supply the image, the link, and the dates. There is no review queue. The spots run only on athletes who joined with your code.
Can we review our participants?
Yes. You write the review. On the plan you pin, it shows on their public profile with your name and your camp. A Free profile does not include reviews.
Do we edit their film, bio, or page?
No. Athletes keep their own film and bio. You can still write a review of a participant, and that review shows on their public profile. You also control the join page, the logo and colors, the banners, the badge, the order of the profile sections, the ads, who is in coach search, and the numbers verified in your name.
How is this different from Team Portal?
Team Portal is for a program that pays for seats and manages those accounts. The Partner Program is the join page, the brand, the coach-search control, the verified results, the ads, and the revenue share. Families register themselves. Compare the coach options
